Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
printqr plans (Starter and Shopify Automation) are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions, billed automatically through Stripe at the start of each billing period until cancelled.
Cancellation
Cancel any time by emailing us (self-serve cancellation is coming soon). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access and your remaining credits until the end of the current paid billing period, at which point your API key is deactivated. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll issue a full refund for that billing period. Because API access and credits are usable immediately, refunds beyond this window are handled case by case — but if the API or Shopify automation didn't work as described, we'll make it right.
